ETCOMP may receive information you voluntarily submit through quote and driver forms, including contact information and information needed to respond to your request or evaluate an application.
Use
Submitted information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate transportation requests, communicate about applications, operate the business, and meet legal or contractual requirements.
Do not submit sensitive information
Do not submit Social Security numbers, passwords, payment-card information, bank credentials, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through public forms. If additional documents are required, ETCOMP will provide an appropriate secure process.
Service providers
The website uses Cloudflare hosting/serverless infrastructure and may use an email delivery provider to process form submissions. Submitted information may be transmitted to ETCOMP's designated business email recipient for follow-up.
Security
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
